Club's 2024 Annual General Meeting

West Coast Beach Volleyball Club is inviting all regular players to participate in its Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on Tuesday January 16th at 8 PM at club's North Beach venue.

You will be able to express your opinion on club's operations and also become a club committee member should you wish to.

- Finances;

- Club board positions for 2024;

- Additional membership options;

- Club policy for beginners;

- Options for the mixed tournament;

- Any other business

Date: Sunday 5th Dec, 2021 Time: Check in at 8:00am, games start at 8:30am and the day will finish around 1:00pm Location: North Beach Venue (7 Kitchener Street, North Beach) Entry Fee: $10 per player, members only.

Event Information

• Enter as an individual (you get to play with different partners)

• Each player plays with everyone in their pool (pairs)

• Individual points tally is recorded

• All matches are time limit (running score)

• Short interval between games.

• food available and prizes awarded

There will be food and plenty of prizes, so make sure you come along.
